Submit Questions for CDC by September 30th

The CDC will be presenting information on booster and Influenza Immunization at next month’s Spotlight. They have requested that all teams submit questions you are hearing about this topic so they can address them at the October Spotlight. EXCITE Cue Card Distribution Form

We are excited to partner with the University of Missouri to purchase, print and distribute the LGU Hesitancy Cue Cards that they presented at last month’s Spotlight as a resource for all the EXCITE teams. Please use this form to place an order for Cue Cards by next Friday, October 1 – one order per institution for as many sets as you think you can use to give to Extension or project personnel. Institutions will be able to purchase additional sets themselves after the initial EXCITE order if needed. Additional information about the cards can be found in the recording of August’s Spotlight.

Extension Foundation Invites A2 Teams to Register Impact Collaborative

The Extension Foundation invites all Activity 2 EXCITE teams to participate in the Impact Collaborative Summit (virtual) from October 5th – 7th, 2021 and invites your community partners to also attend. For EXCITE projects, membership in the Extension Foundation is not required. There is no cost to attend this event. To learn more and to register for the event, click here.

Monthly Reports Due September 30th

Thank you all for your continued reporting and patience as we work through some issues we have identified in the process. Members of our team are currently correcting errors on monthly reports, so if you receive an e-mail copy of a past report that you did not submit – it’s because it received a minor correction such as a date. As a reminder, your  A1 monthly reports are due at the end of the month on September 30th. We will have additional guidance on reporting from our evaluation team at the upcoming Spotlight on October 7th but if you have any reporting questions now, please reach out to Laura Downey

National Registry and Immunization Geographic Map

A2 reports can now be found on the Program Registry and will soon be available on the Interactive Map. Utilize these tools to share and see other projects, assets, and curriculum for nationwide collaboration among EXCITE Cooperative Extension colleagues. Check out these videos provided by Aaron Weibe for a quick overview on how to use both of these tools, Using the National Registry, and Using the Immunization Geographic Map.

Market Research Help

Lindsay Haynes Maslow from the EXCITE program team has complied a google drive containing resources on Market Research for your reference and use. If you have any questions about these materials or market research in your project you can request a meeting with Lindsay here.

Thanks for your continued work on your projects, please let us know if you have any questions or how we can best serve you.

Best,
