Project Reporting- How is EXCITE Using Reporting Results?

Several teams have asked about the information gathered from your program reports. There are several ways your reports help our EXCITE efforts:

  • The EXCITE registry and map are ways for funders and partners to see our activities and impacts on both a system-wide and an institution or state level;
  • The EXCITE team uses the registry and reports to help refer other teams to resources you all are creating and using;
  • We report regularly to CDC about both the data and our own reflection of the progress toward increased adult vaccination; and
  • We are documenting the journey and work of the system to help us learn how to improve these coordinated efforts in the future for health and other topics. This documentation is especially important for sharing with ECOP.

Quarterly Reporting Reminders

  • A1 monthly program evaluation report due Oct 31
  • A1 quarterly financial report due Nov 15

Thank you for your prompt and detailed reporting!

Thanks for your continued work on your projects, please let us know if you have any questions or how we can best serve you.
