A1 Final Program Reports

Thanks to all the teams who finished in April and have submitted their final program reports. However, there are still a few teams who need to submit those, due July 31 (90 days after the end of the contract). Please remember to submit those ASAP! If you are in need of assistance or know you can’t make the deadline, please reach out to excite@extension.org. If you finished in June, your program reports will be due Aug. 31.

A1 NCE Teams – Monthly and Quarterly Report Deadlines

It’s the end of July (how?), so A1 monthly reports are due July 31. Heads up that August 15 will be a quarterly financial report due for teams still working on no-cost extensions. Thank you for your prompt submissions!

Covid-19 Vaccine Updates

• Novavax vaccine is now an option for adults 18 and over for COVID-19 in the U.S. after CDC recommendation and FDA Emergency Use Authorization. It operates on a protein-based technology different than previously-authorized vaccines. See full guidance at CDC’s website for Novavax.
• Updated boosters to address latest BA.4/5 variants are “hoped for” by mid-fall, according to a statement from Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research

Weekly White House Rural Stakeholders Zoom Invitation
