EXCITE Design Phase Workshop Starts Next Week
The new EXCITE programming will be divided into two phases: Design and Implementation. The purpose of the Design Phase is to award funds to support staff time to develop partnerships and strategies for successful project implementation. Monthly workshops and accompanying office hours will be provided to help prepare projects for submission for a competitive Implementation phase. The first workshop will be next Thursday, October 13th, covering priority population and partnerships. The recording of the workshop along with resources will be posted on our website after the completion of the workshop! EXCITE Annual Progress Report Find the EXCITE NIFA annual report here, which details the first year of the EXCITE project and was created by the EXCITE National Program team and the Extension Foundation. The report describes the EXCITE project’s goals, the unique strengths Extension brings to immunization education, the pivots the project had to make to adapt to the ever-changing pandemic, designing for system work, and the system solutions developed to support this project. This report exemplifies what EXCITE has accomplished in the projects LGU communities while also serving as a great model for the system. |
